We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

We do not ship overseas at this time.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with the merchandise you have purchased at Wild-bird Mart LLC, you may return the product for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. The returned product must be in good unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on all returns.
If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately by email, or call (704) 489-8468 so we can process a claim with the delivery carrier. Please keep the shipping cartons.
